Our premium, natural Duroc pork is raised in Indiana by the Gutgsell family, without the use of growth promotants (e.g. Paylean) or antibiotics.
We deliver pork across most of the country. Our pork is about as fresh as possible! The pork is harvested on Mondays, cut fresh to order on Tuesdays, and delivered to you days later! Order by midnight on Monday (Eastern time) for home delivery or local pickup by Friday.

Fischer Farms Duroc pork is humanely raised by Bernie Gutgsell and his family, just down the road from our Indiana beef farm. The Gutgsells don’t use Paylean (ractopamine) growth promotant, which is widely used in US pork but banned in the EU.
The pork is processed at a federally inspected, family-run processing facility, with no artificial additives, saline solution, dyes, or fillers. Clean meat from start to finish! You may notice our pork doesn’t look white like typical grocery store brands — it is pink, the way it used to look before the onset of conventional large scale farming.
Whole pork cuts can be stored refrigerated with the Fischer Farms seal intact for 2 weeks from the pack date indicated on the package. For products that have lost their vacuum seal or are not vacuum sealed, or if you do not expect to use a product within 2 weeks, we recommend freezing until ready to use.
For safety, cook until the internal temperature is 145°F and rest for 3 minutes before serving. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
Ground pork sausage can be stored refrigerated with the Fischer Farms seal intact 2 weeks from the pack date indicated on the package. For products that have lost their vacuum seal or are not vacuum sealed, or if you do not expect to use a product within 2 weeks, we recommend freezing until ready to use.

For products that have lost their vacuum seal or are not vacuum sealed, or if you do not expect to use a product within 5 weeks, we recommend freezing until ready to use.
Smoked deli meats: Ready to eat.
Smoked pork chops, bacon, franks: Product is fully cooked but should be heated before eating, unless otherwise specified on the package. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
