From burgers to meatloaf, chili to your family's favorite pasta sauce, our ground beef is ready to use right away or store in your freezer for later use. Specially packed in our signature Fischer Farms box and shipped to your home OR to a family member or friend! 

Our beef is dry aged in our cooler for up to 14 days to allow the meat to lose 10-15% of its water weight. Because of this process, the meat will hold less moisture, and you will also notice less "purge" in the package when opened and less "cooking liquid" in your pan when you cook, eliminating the need to drain. 

Ground beef can be stored refrigerated with the Fischer Farms seal intact 2 weeks from the pack date indicated on the package. If you do not expect to use the product within 2 weeks, we recommend freezing until ready to use.
