Local Pickup FAQ
Each location shows a day with a start time when orders will be available. You can pick up then or any day afterwards, during the pickup location’s business hours.
We cut our natural Indiana beef fresh to ensure the best quality for our customers. All orders placed before Monday at midnight will be cut fresh that week for local pickup by Friday. Any orders placed after Monday at midnight will be cut and ready for pickup the following week.
