Premium Meat.
Sustainably Raised.

dry-aged-beef.jpg

We take no shortcuts on raising our premium beef! Our cattle are in the top 25% for marbling and tenderness within the Angus breed, and we provide quality feed and a comfortable life for them. We dry age 14-17 days, which ensures tender meat and delicious flavor, and also means you get more for your money (less water).

We are a sustainable choice — every decision we make from rotational grazing to select genetics, has to be for the betterment of our farmland, our animals, and our environment. Our beef is naturally raised without the overuse use of antibiotics and growth hormones.

Our Story

family-farm.jpg

Our home farm has been in our family since Dave's great-grandfather bought the land from the sheriff after the civil war veteran who previously owned the land did not return. The land is on rolling hills in southern Indiana that is best suited for cattle. We purchased two neighboring farms and now have 750 contiguous acres, all focused on producing top quality beef.

Our Sustainability Mission

By choosing to support us, you can enjoy our fresh, natural beef with a clear environmental conscience. It's locally distributed, reducing our carbon footprint. It's clean, ensuring quality from farm to plate. And it's raised through sustainable farming practices, regenerating the environment. Enjoy Fischer Farms — from our family's farm to your table!
