- Preheat large skillet on medium-high heat. Add oil.
- Add beef to the pan in a single layer. Brown undisturbed, about 5 minutes.
- Push the beef to one side of the pan. Reduce heat to medium.
- Add tomato paste to other side and spread it out to brown slightly. Break up beef with flat-edged wooden spoon.
- Add spice kit, water, and vinegar. Simmer 5 minutes on low heat.
Serve with whole-grain buns, sliced dill pickles.
