- Preheat large skillet on medium-high heat. Add oil.
- Brown the chicken on one side, about 5 minutes.
- Turn chicken. Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Add spice kit. Pour in tomatoes and 1/3 cup water.
- Simmer 10 minutes. Shred with two forks.
Serve with taco shells, avocado, cheese, limes.
