Diana and I got our first dose of the Pfizer vaccine on Wednesday evening, yeah!!! We are so ready to get back out! We’ve also seen a strong uptick in demand from our restaurant customers which tells others are starting to get back out as well. My crystal ball says things are on the brink of really opening back up. Spring weather and outdoor patios should be even bigger than normal this year with cabin fever at an all-time peak! I’m sure many of you are already seeing it this week and are expecting big weekends. Let us know how we can help keep you supplied. I know you all must be struggling with staffing and it’s not as easy as flipping a switch, so best of luck to you all. We are also adjusting and am moving some people around to make sure we can fill your online orders.

Seems like we are 20 feet away from the end of a very long and dark tunnel.

Let’s do this!!

Braised Beef Short Ribs with Parmesan Polenta and Roasted Carrots Recipe

Few dishes capture comfort like braised short ribs. The aroma of slow-cooked beef, rich sauce, and creamy polenta creates that unmistakable feeling of a meal worth slowing down for. For this version, I used Fischer Farms bone-in short ribs- a mix of one single-bone and one double-bone cut- to showcase the versatility Fischer Farms offers chefs and home cooks alike.
