Progress is happening on our new processing and packaging warehouse.

We expect to be up and running with the new plant by May/June.  This plant will increase our efficiencies and dramatically increase our capacity to eventually 2-3x our current capabilities.  The processing plant on the right is being built by our partners Sander Processing.  They will also have a large retail store on the front.  The building on the left is our warehouse, order fulfillment, offices & loading dock area.  Those of you who have visited our current operations know that we are in an extremely tight space (2,100 sq ft).  So Diana and her team are excited to move in to the 5,500 sq ft space and have room to hire additional employees as we expand.

So 2021 will be an exciting year for us!

Braised Beef Short Ribs with Parmesan Polenta and Roasted Carrots Recipe

Few dishes capture comfort like braised short ribs. The aroma of slow-cooked beef, rich sauce, and creamy polenta creates that unmistakable feeling of a meal worth slowing down for. For this version, I used Fischer Farms bone-in short ribs- a mix of one single-bone and one double-bone cut- to showcase the versatility Fischer Farms offers chefs and home cooks alike.
