Much, Much Needed Rain

As you’ve all probably heard and seen for yourself, it’s been dry. Less than half inch of rain since June 1.

We finally got a shower yesterday, .3” and more is forecasted for today. We ran one irrigation reel all week and got the second one setup yesterday. Hopefully we won’t need it.

Reminds me of a friend who was complaining about their new bonus system at work. She asked me, “How would you like it if 3% of your pay was totally out of your control?” Yeah right!
