Fischer Family Update!
For Christmas this year, we couldn't be more excited to welcome a new son/brother-in-law into the family. Our daughter, Elise, said yes to her fiancé, Thomas! And added bonus: he's already proven he can help move cattle!
The decision to dry-hang our beef aligns seamlessly with our philosophy of sustainability and quality.
