Busy Labor Day Week

This was a busy week on both the farm side and the butchering/order fulfillment side. This afternoon we will finish up silage chopping for the week. It was thankfully not too eventful but a lot of moving parts as we cut silage, chopped silage, hauled manure, planted ryegrass, and kept all the cows happy :)

On the butchering and order fulfillment side, we had to cram our usual 6 days of butchering into 5 which always presents challenges from getting our usual orders out the door. We apologize to anyone that we had to split up deliveries as we tried to get as much of our orders out as soon as we could. Appreciate your understanding. Looking forward to a "normal" week next week!

If you do ever need an emergency delivery - please don't hesitate to let us know. We will always do our best to get you something to hold you over until your next delivery.

Thanks again,

The Fischer Family
