We have had some extra beautiful sunsets this week on the farm that we couldn't help but share. Gentle reminder of what we have to be thankful for, especially with everything going on in the world right now.

This week our processor (Sander Processing) is hosting the Indiana Meat Packer Convention in nearby French Lick Indiana. Each year the meat packers get together to talk about updates in the industry, new equipment, value-added cuts, processes, and inspection regulations. They will be touring our facility this weekend to see our new building. Always fun to hear what new ideas and info they come back with!
