These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your consent to receive marketing text messages (SMS/MMS) and email communications from Fischer Farms Natural Foods, LLC, doing business as Fischer Farms (“Fischer Farms,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), when you opt in using the sign-up form on our website at ffnatural.com or through other enrollment methods we offer. By checking the applicable consent box(es) and submitting your information, you agree to these Terms.
1. Consent to Receive Communications
By providing your phone number and/or email address and opting in through our website sign-up form, you consent to receive marketing and promotional messages from Fischer Farms, including but not limited to product announcements, order specials, subscription offers, farm news, and other updates, sent via SMS text message and/or email.
Consent to receive marketing text messages and/or emails is not a condition of any purchase. You may still shop with and purchase products from Fischer Farms without opting in to these communications.
SMS/Text Message Consent
● By opting in to SMS, you consent to receive automated and/or non-automated recurring marketing text messages from Fischer Farms at the mobile number provided.
● Message frequency varies and may include multiple messages per month.
● Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier and plan.
● Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services from Fischer Farms.
● Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Email Consent
● By opting in to email, you consent to receive marketing emails from Fischer Farms at the email address provided, including newsletters, promotions, and order-related marketing content.
● You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of every marketing email we send.
2. How to Opt Out
Text Messages
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP” to the number from which you received the message. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a one-time confirmation message, and you will receive no further SMS marketing messages from Fischer Farms unless you re-subscribe.

Email
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in every marketing email, or by contacting us directly using the information in Section 7 below.
Please note that even after opting out of marketing communications, we may still send you non-marketing, transactional, or service-related messages (for example, order confirmations, shipping updates, or account notices) that are necessary for administering your account and orders.
3. Supported Carriers & Mobile Device Compatibility
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participation in SMS messaging is subject to the terms and conditions of your mobile device and carrier. As message and data rates may apply, please check with your carrier for details about your specific wireless plan.

No mobile information will be sold, shared, or otherwise distributed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the SMS service on behalf of Fischer Farms.
6. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to opt in to SMS or email marketing communications from Fischer Farms. By opting in, you represent that you meet this requirement.
7. Changes to These Terms
Fischer Farms may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued enrollment in SMS or email marketing communications after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
