Oyster Mushrooms have a meaty, earthy taste. Store in a cool dry place for up to a year.
Soak your mushrooms in hot water or broth for 15-20 minutes (or until soft). Re-hydrates to about 8 ounces. Cook and use them in any dish that calls for mushrooms as an ingredient, or grind and use as a coffee substitute, nutritional supplement or flavor enhancer.
