We work with five different distributors to make it as convenient as possible to get our products (Piazza Produce, Troyer Foods, US Foods, Ideal Meats, and Local Foods). We will work to get you quickly set up and ready to order!
Depending on the distributor, you will either order directly with us or through the distributor sales rep. Once we get your order, we will cut to your specs, package, and deliver fresh.
Restaurants, retail stores, and universities use our meats and products because they want to offer their customers the best quality and still offer local and healthy natural alternatives to conventional products.
Convenience: Your customers will appreciate your efforts to locally source your products from a real nearby farm. You are more than welcome to add our name/logo/picture to your menus and signage. Our goal is to try to make using local products as easy as buying conventional meat from the big broadliners. We partner with neighboring farms with shared values for natural, sustainable farming to offer a variety of local products to complete your menu in one-stop.
Fresh with long shelf-life: Our meats are cut fresh each week and cryovac packaged to give you a long shelf life. Typical shelf life is 10 days + for most of our products. Our beef is all whole carcass dry-aged for 14 days prior to processing. Then we custom cut steaks to your spec and cryovac individually. You will get 2-3 weeks of shelf-life on our steaks and primals. Thus our steaks can be routinely served with 2 weeks of dry aging and an additional 2-3 weeks of wet-aging.
Weekly Delivery Schedule: Our schedule of ordering on Monday and delivering on Wednesday and/or Friday gives you the ability to quickly adjust order quantities based on the previous weekend sales.
